Carpatair — Tailored Aviation Safety Training & LMS Implementation
Founded in 1999, Carpatair is one of the oldest airlines in Romania, with headquarters in Timisoara, and presently a charter and wet lease airline having operated in the aviation field for more than 25 years, by 2024. First regular flights were launched from Cluj to Budapest, and several destinations in northern Italy, in spring 1999.
The Challenge
Carpatair needed a comprehensive safety training. Generic off-the-shelf courses were not sufficient — the airline required training tailored to their specific operations, procedures and safety culture.
What We Delivered
Tailored Safety Training
We developed a fully customized safety training curriculum designed specifically for Carpatair’s operational environment. Every module was built around the airline’s own Standard Operating Procedures and safety management framework — ensuring that training was directly applicable to the daily reality of their personnel.
Professional Video Training Materials We produced high-quality video training content covering key safety topics. The videos were developed in English, ensuring maximum comprehension and engagement across all staff levels — from frontline cabin crew to safety managers and accountable executives.
Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation We designed and implemented a dedicated LMS for Carpatair, enabling the airline to:
- Deliver training digitally to all staff regardless of location
- Track completion rates, exam results and certification status in real time
- Manage recurrent training schedules and expiry dates automatically
- Maintain full training records in compliance with regulatory requirements
The Result
Carpatair gained a fully operational, RCAA-compliant safety training system — built on their own procedures, delivered through professional video content and managed through a modern LMS platform.
