Services & Courses

Octans Training provides online aviation training, e-learning courses, live virtual classroom sessions, quizzes, examinations, and business consulting services.

Course Access

• Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the purchased course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• Course content is delivered digitally through our online learning management system.
• Access to course materials is personal and non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any course content at any time without prior notice.

Training Standards

Our training programs are developed in accordance with applicable ICAO, IATA, EASA, SAE, and ISO standards. However, completion of our courses does not automatically guarantee regulatory compliance in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for verifying local regulatory requirements.

Live Sessions

Live virtual classroom sessions are scheduled in advance. Enrollment deadlines and attendance requirements will be communicated at the time of registration. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel live sessions and will provide reasonable advance notice.

Registration & Accounts

To access our courses and services, you must create an account on the Octans Training platform. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Not share your account with any third party.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Digital Blue Line SRL reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner inconsistent with our policies.

Payments & Pricing

Pricing

All prices are displayed on the Octans Training website and are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment Methods

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment processors.
• Digital Blue Line SRL does not store your payment card details.

Taxes

Prices may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation.

Failed Payments

In the event of a failed payment, access to course materials will not be granted until payment is successfully completed. We reserve the right to cancel an enrollment if payment cannot be collected.

Certificates & Course Completion

Upon successful completion of a course, including all required modules, assessments, and minimum passing scores, a Certificate of Completion will be issued digitally.

• Certificates are issued in the name of the registered account holder and are non-transferable.
• Certificates are provided as evidence of course completion for educational purposes.
• Digital Blue Line SRL does not guarantee regulatory acceptance of certificates in any specific jurisdiction.
• Students are responsible for verifying whether certificates meet the requirements of their national aviation authority or employer.
• Certificates may have validity periods as specified in the course description.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Octans Training platform — including course materials, videos, slides, documents, quizzes, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Digital Blue Line SRL or its licensors.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content solely for your own learning purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
• Recording of live virtual sessions is strictly prohibited without written authorization.
• Sharing course credentials or content with third parties may result in account termination without refund.

User Conduct

By using the Octans Training platform, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or payment.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts the platform or other users' experience.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.
• Attempt to circumvent any examination or assessment process.

Digital Blue Line SRL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these conduct standards, without refund and without liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Blue Line SRL shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Any decisions made in reliance on our training content.
• Any regulatory non-compliance arising from the use of our certificates.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service to which the claim relates.

Privacy & Data Protection

Digital Blue Line SRL is committed to protecting your personal data. By using our platform, you acknowledge that we will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We collect information necessary to provide our services, including name, email address, and course progress data.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.
